【腰痛原因】硬い?弱い?大腰筋を知り腰痛改善に導く(科学的根拠)

Many people are unaware that the muscles deep within the abdomen are a hidden cause of lower back pain. This is because: They don't show up on X-rays; They're located deep within the abdomen and difficult to touch; They're primarily thought to be involved in hip movement. This muscle is the psoas major. Ignoring issues with the psoas major can lead to pain not only in the lower back, but also in the hip joint and thigh. In this video, we'll explain the scientifically-based relationship between the psoas major and lower back pain, and also show you how to test the stiffness and strength of your psoas major at home. This test will help you determine the stiffness and weakness of your own psoas major. Taking the correct measures will not only improve and prevent lower back pain, but also help alleviate hip pain. I went to the doctor for lower back pain, but they said there was nothing wrong. I've been massaging and stretching my lower back, but it's not getting better.
