Exercises: 1st Lateral walk, pass the cone, lift your leg and return to base, 3x30 seconds 2nd Lateral push and return with the same leg without lifting your foot off the ground, 3x30 seconds 3rd Lateral push and return to base lifting your foot off the ground, 3x45 seconds 4th Lateral push, hold open sideways For 1 second, lift your foot and touch the ground with the tip of your skate, then return to the starting position.
