It seems that sometimes we start our day as if being pushed along. If the day slips away as soon as we open our eyes, we are often left in the evening with nothing but a sense of emptiness, wondering, "What did I actually do today?" However, if you pause briefly in the morning to become aware of the state of your body and mind, and decide with what mindset you will live the day, the same day can become a completely different one. This meditation is a 10-minute session to quietly observe the state of your body and mind right now, and to establish an intention for how you will live the day with that body and mind.
