Skipjacks and Sunfish (Fishing for Catfish Bait)

I went out planning to catch Bluegill, Shellcrackers, and Longear Sunfish, but the Skipjacks were jumping everywhere on this nice cloudy day. The spotty rain helped cool things down and made for good evening of fishing. In the video I show my gear and techniques for catching Skipjacks, then switch over to sunfish fishing and demonstrate those setups too. Even though the sunfish bite wasn’t as strong as I hoped, I did catch a couple of small Green Sunfish that I released to grow bigger. All these fish make great catfish bait.
