Detlef Diskowski: Bildungspläne für die Kindertagesbetreuung (Vorlesung im Schloss)

With a critical eye on the past and future development of educational frameworks, Detlef Diskowski, in his lecture "Educational Frameworks for Early Childhood Education and Care: Foreign Bodies in the Legal and Responsibility Structures of Child and Youth Welfare," argues for the introduction of a nationwide educational framework, binding for all (publicly funded) providers and based on universally valid pedagogical principles. In his introduction, Diskowski first highlights the still-prevailing influence of the welfare tradition and then explores the question of who, in the context of the shifting of public and private responsibility at the various levels of influence and jurisdiction, actually holds a steering function, even beyond codified rights.
