Bladder Cancer Evidence
Muscle-invasive bladder cancer is managed either with neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by cystectomy (and now with perioperative immunotherapy per recent practice-changing NIAGARA trial), or selective bladder preservation with definitive chemoradiotherapy. In this talk, we review the evidence base for both of these treatment paradigms, focusing on considerations related to radiotherapy. This presentation is created purely for educational purposes and does NOT constitute medical advice. If there are any errors or questions/concerns, we welcome comments and discussion!
