The latest progress on the Purwomartani-Maguwoharjo section of the Jogja-Solo Toll Road is becoming increasingly visible. Construction of the approximately 3.7-kilometer elevated toll road has now reached the Maguwoharjo North Ring Road area, with construction progress at around 40 percent. In this video, we'll observe the progress of the toll road from the Maguwoharjo area to the Purwomartani Interchange. Various works are ongoing, including the construction of bore piles, pile caps, pillar and pier head construction, girder installation using a launching gantry, and the construction of the toll road slab. This section features an interesting construction style, as much of it is elevated, including the Selokan Mataram area, local roads, and residential areas in the Sambisari, Sembego, and Ringinsari areas. Separate toll access points will also be built around the North Ring Road. The Maguwoharjo on-ramp is planned to be located on the north side of the Ring Road, before the Aveon Hotel. The Maguwoharjo off-ramp will be located on the south side or opposite. Once this section is completed, vehicles from Solo, Klaten, and Prambanan will be able to continue their journey from Purwomartani to the North Ring Road without having to exit and pile up on the Jogja-Solo Road. Construction of the Purwomartani-Maguwoharjo section of the Jogja-Solo Toll Road is targeted for completion by the end of 2026, with completion subject to land readiness and construction progress at each point.
