Gluten Free Almond Pistachio Cookies, No Butter No Oil! | How To Bake!

Almond Pistachio Cookies, Gluten free and without oil or butter! Quick and delicious cookie recipe! mixed and baked in 30 minutes! Dough: 90g (3/4 cup) Pistachios Chopped 120g (3/4 cup) Almond flour 60g (1/3 cup) Powdered sugar 2 Egg whites Topping: +-30g (1/4 cup) Pistachios Chopped +-75g (1/3 cup) Powdered sugar To dip the cookies in Process: -Preheat oven 175C / 347F. -Chop pistachios. -Add pistachios to a bowl and mix with almond flour. -Sieve powdered sugar, add to the mixture. -Beat 2 egg whites, add to mixture. -Mix everything until dough has formed (should be a littly sticky). Divide into + 15 little balls of 20g each. -Roll them into powdered sugar, place on baking tray. -Make a dent, use your finger. -Add extra pistachios on top. -Bake for 10-12 minutes, 175C / 347F.
