Average to olympian Day 5: Fatigued Jumps and power development
Another day another dollar, jumps day today so a few Ljs that were of super low quality, getting healthy reps in which is what I need to bank some confidence. Getting some amazing vertical jump height off the board just struggling to convert it to distance and still bleeding CMs on the landing. once I add more steps and perfect the rhythm I should be in a good spot. weightlifting went with near double Bw pulls looking spicy, dream is a double Bw power clean but I want that as a result of the training not really a firm goal I need to achieve. The main thing is long jump 8m over trying to hit sub goals like this, if I make the olympics but doing hit that then its a success in my books. Instagram: @camydunks TikTok: @camyjumps
