War for talent wages on post-pandemic
Contrary to what might be expected, the coronavirus crisis has focused more attention on workplace issues like diversity and inclusion, according to Alison Martin, CEO of Zurich Insurance Group’s EMEA region. She says accepting differences in people is more important than ever to business success – and to winning the war for talent -- as the pandemic forces companies into survival mode.
