This is the third (and final) video interview with Dr. Yahagi Naoki, professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo and physician. This time, we asked him about food. His approach to food is very natural and there is no "must" to it. We spoke about his basic thoughts on food and his own practices, as well as salt, chemical seasonings, Japanese cuisine, and the guilt felt when eating unhealthy foods, and he answered some questions and concerns that arise in our daily diet. We also asked him for tips on how to "deal with information," including about food, and how to focus our attention.
