Yamaha YFZ450 Build - Part 10 - Install (Installation), Assemble (Assembly) - In this video we will begin installing the electrical system and the cooling system, wire harness (wiring harness), radiator, cooling fan, lower front fender bracket, grab bar (crash bar), tail light (taillight), coolant reservoir, air box breather assembly, and all cooling and air lines & hoses. Routing the wiring and connecting the CDI, AC/DC regulator rectifier, resister assembly, ignition coil, controls, sensors, switches, and diodes. We will also be fixing exposed wires with new waterproof heat shrink solder wire connectors and using a heat gun to secure the new wire connectors and circuits. We accomplished this by inserting & torqueing all the bolts, and adding electrical components, brackets, clips, springs, bearings, rubber caps, snap rings, circlips, o rings, Delrin bushings, collars, cotter pins and by using loctite (thread locker) red 271 and blue & anti-seize copper.
