Yamaha YFZ450 Build - Part 6 - Assembly begins! We will be installing the steering stem, bearing cap, chain roller, a-arms (control arms), tie rod ends, and front knuckles (spindles). We will accomplish this by pressing out the old ball joints and installing new ones. Right control arm and left control arm installed. We accomplished this by inserting & torqueing all the bolts, and adding bearings, rubber caps, snap rings, circlips, o rings, bushings, collars and by using loctite (thread locker) red 271 and blue & anti-seize copper.
