Your foot is the connection point to your sport. Grab your MOBO and join us in this follow-along workout to improve the proprioception, balance, and control INSIDE your foot for better performance OUTSIDE in the sports you love. This foot-focused series consists of 5 exercises, you'll do them once all through, and then repeat this entire series again for a total of 2-3 rounds. You'll feel targeted work in your feet and lower legs. The goal here isn't so much to sweat, but more to build the coordination and control that most of us neglect, and pay the price for in terms of durability and performance.
