Circuit training is a good and effective way to train your entire body. You choose a few exercises for all muscle groups, then perform them one after the other in a circuit. This is a much lower-intensity workout; focus on good technique and multiple repetitions. Kasia Bigos has prepared 5 exercises in her workout to be performed in 3 circuits.
