Core 360
Without core strength, we cannot generate as much power from the legs or the arms. When we have a foundation of a strong core, the force generation from your limbs is amplified and you are less likely to cause injury to the back, hips and shoulders. In this class we focus on variety of strength work for all sides of the core: front, back, sides, diaphragm and pelvic floor. We strengthen one area of the core, then move on to the next one, working up to but not crossing over into muscular fatigue. This allows us to do more in each area without feeling pummeled by repetition over the course of the class.
