Fromage frais maison

Today I'm offering you the chance to make homemade fromage frais. This recipe is incredibly simple with very few ingredients, but the result is breathtaking! This fromage frais is unique in that it's prepared at a high temperature of over 90°C, which means the milk coagulates almost immediately. No rennet is required here, just vinegar, which, thanks to its acidity, curdles the milk. Then, let the cheese drain and enjoy it according to the desired texture. This recipe has endless variations, including using goat's or sheep's milk, but also by flavoring the milk or adding spices during the ripening process. This homemade cheese will be delicious in a salad or melted on bruschetta. In short, it's delicious every time! So, are you ready to try the budding cheesemaker experience? If so, grab your aprons!
