Blend using a hand blender or a small blender jar until smooth. Measure the puree and check that it is approximately 200g before adding to the Es Mambo base. 🥑 Avocado Preparation - Scoop out the flesh from 1 ripe avocado. Blend using a hand blender or a small blender jar until smooth. Measure the pulp and check that it is approximately 150g before adding to the Es Mambo base. 🟤 Wood Apple Preparation - Scoop out the flesh from 2 large-sized wood apples. Add a small amount of water and blend to extract the pulp. Strain the pulp well to remove seeds and fibers. If the pulp is too sour, add a little sugar and adjust the taste.
