For example: digital laryngeal massage, laryngeal massage voice therapy, circumlaryngeal massage, vocal cord massage, vocal massage, larynx massage and many more. However, laryngeal massage techniques are all types of massage for singers who have signs of vocal tension. In this video, I am sharing 5 steps to a “light” version of a self massage. I recommend self massage techniques because you can control the amount of pressure and the length of the massage yourself. So, watch this video and try this massage for more relaxed throat muscles so that you can sing with ease again!
