Sail Away in Japan! LAX to Haneda + Diamond Princess Embarkation | Japan 2026 Ep. 1

In the first video of our new Japan travel series, our family of four flies from LAX to Haneda Airport aboard United Airlines. After landing in Japan, we have a little trouble finding our airport bus—but eventually make our way to Yokohama! From there, we tackle a long walk with our luggage to the Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama, where we spend the night before beginning our cruise adventure. The next morning, we walk to the Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal and board the Diamond Princess! Once onboard, we share some special information about our stateroom, attend the traditional sake barrel ceremony, and celebrate at the sail away party. We finish the day the perfect way—with Patrick enjoying a cold beer on our stateroom balcony as we sail away from Japan.
