Serge Dubs, sommelier étoilé

He joined the Auberge de l'Ill as a commis chef in 1972 before specializing in wine a few years later. Today, Serge Dubs is one of the greatest sommeliers of all time. Best in France, then in Europe, and finally in the world, he has won everything and has just been honored for his entire career by the International Sommelier Association. This brand-new award, which he is the first to win, deeply moved Serge Dubs, grateful for everything his profession has given him. As a teenager, he dreamed of traveling the world and has exceeded his expectations. And at 68, retirement is out of the question. Report by Noémie Gaschy and Emmanuelle Gambette.
