Spiced Pumpkin Dump Cake - So EASY and full of Fall flavor!

Spiced Pumpkin Dump Cake 30 ounces pumpkin purée 1 cup evaporated milk 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice Spice cake mix 1 cup chopped pecans 2 sticks butter, melted ice cream/Cool Whip/ caramel sauce, optional Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9” x 13” baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin purée, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Gently spread the dry spice cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Do not stir! Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cake mix. Drizzle the melted butter over the pecans and dry cake mix. Do not stir! Bake fifty minutes to one hour or until the top is lightly browned.
