Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Pie

Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Pie 12 ounce can Evaporated Milk 2 large eggs 15 ounce can 100% Pure Pumpkin 3/4 cup sugar 1 Tablespoon molasses 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/4 teaspoon Cloves 1/2 teaspoon salt 9 inch pie crust, unbaked, cold Preheat oven to 400° Whisk together the evaporated milk and the eggs. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined. Pour into an unbaked and cold pie crust. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Without opening the oven door, lower the oven temperature to 350° and continue baking for approximately 40 minutes more, or until the center of the pie is no longer jiggly.
