Add the egg and stir. Add the flour and salt and knead the dough. Add the softened butter and knead for 10 to 12 minutes until the dough is completely soft and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rest for 60 to 90 minutes until it doubles in size. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Round each part, let it rest for 10 minutes, then roll each one into a roll. Place the three rolls side by side in the loaf pan. Let rise again for 45 to 60 minutes. Cover with a napkin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 28 to 35 minutes until golden brown. After removing from the oven, brush the bread with a little butter to keep the crust soft and shiny.
