Now add 1 kg grated carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add 150g pre soaked rice and add 2 cups of water in it and cook for 15 minutes. Now add 2 liter of milk and cook for 15 minutes. Now add 300g khoya and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 400g condensed milk and 150g sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Now add few drops of kewra, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and some pistachios and almonds and cook for 3-4 minutes. The gajrela is ready to be served!
