Chicken Moti Pulao Recipe | Food With Saad Raja #pulao #chickenpulao #chickenmotipulao #pulaorecipe #recipe #cooking #pakistani #food Recipe & Ingredients For chicken koftas 1 kg chicken qeema, 2 fried onions, 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp white pepper, 1tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tbsp green chilies chopped, fresh coriander. Chop these in a chopper. Make small koftas and fry until light brown in color. In a pan add 100g ghee and 1 medium sliced onion. Cook until light brown. Now add 2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add 10-12 cloves, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 bay leafs, 2 star-anise, 3 black cardamom and 5-6 green cardamom. Now add 2 medium sliced tomatos and 2 tsp salt and cook for 5-6 minutes. Now add 2-3 chopped green chilies, and 4 tbsp yogurt and cook for a minutes. Now add 1 tsp corainder powder and 1 tsp garam masala and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add some slices of ginger and cook for a minute. Add already fried chicken koftas and cook for 2 minutes. Now add 2 glass pre soaked basmati rice and 1.25ml water. Let it boil and then cook on dum for 15 minutes. The chicken moti pulao is ready to be seved!
