Classic Pilates exercises are blended with dance-inspired combinations, making this flow ideal for dancers. We'll begin by warming up the wrists, back, and shoulders, then move slowly and fluidly through a sequence of effective exercises to strengthen and tone the legs, core, hips, and shoulders, concluding with a relaxing stretching section. All you need is half an hour of your time and a mat or soft surface.
