Bomboloni Donut Recipe (15 pcs) Dough ingredients: 325 grams medium protein flour 75 grams high protein flour 50 grams brown sugar 3 grams salt 50 grams butter 7 grams yeast 150 ml liquid milk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Custard filling: 250 grams milk 250 grams cream 80 grams granulated sugar 3 egg yolks 1 egg 30 grams cornstarch 1 teaspoon salt 50 grams butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 100 grams Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream Other ingredients: 200 grams brown sugar for sprinkling Oil for frying Steps: 1.
