DONAT GULA ISI KRIM RASA VANILLA, GREEN TEA, COKLAT // CREAM-FILLED BOMBOLONI DOUGHNUT
Hello, this time I made donuts again :) For the dough is still the same as before, but this time I used donut sugar and the filling I used vanilla cream. This is one of my favorite donuts when I go to JCO, namely snow white. It is named snow white maybe because the donut sugar gives a cold sensation like snow and the filling is very soft cream. For the filling, if you want to use whipping cream alone, you can also use vanilla vla, but for me, I just combine them :) If you want to vary the cream filling into various flavors, you can see it in the previous variation video ( • PASTRY CREAM (VLA) DASAR DAN VARIASI RASAN... ), in this video I made green tea and chocolate only. Okay, good luck! CREAM-FILLED DONUT RECIPE Makes: 15 pieces Ingredients: (*I've also written the gram-cup conversion, but note: the spoons I use are measuring spoons. The cups I use are 240 ml cups. 1 cup = 16 tablespoons. 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons) Donut Dough (Source: slightly modified from Bogasari • [BOGASARI] Donat Drumstick Recipe ) 125g (1 cup) high-protein flour 125g (1 cup) medium-protein flour 30g (2 1/2 tablespoons) sugar (I used blended granulated sugar) 10g (4 teaspoons) powdered milk 1 teaspoon instant yeast 1/8 teaspoon baking powder 2 egg yolks 110-120ml (1/2 cup) cold milk (or until the weight of the egg yolks + milk = 140-150ml) 38g (2 tablespoons + 2 tsp) butter/margarine 1/2 tsp salt Cream filling 2 egg yolks (if you want to make an eggless version, you can replace the 2 egg yolks with 1 tbsp rice flour/cornstarch + 2 tsp custard powder) 200ml (3/4 cup + 4 tsp) liquid milk 10g (1 1/3 tbsp) cornstarch 10g (1 1/4 tbsp) medium-protein flour 30-50g (2 1/2 - 4 tbsp) sugar 15g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter 1/2 tsp vanilla paste 100ml whipping cream (or 35g whipping cream powder + 65ml ice water) (optional if you want a softer cream) Filling variations Green tea: 1/3 cream filling + 1/4 tsp green tea powder dissolved in hot water Chocolate: 1/3 cream filling + 1 tbsp cocoa powder dissolved in hot water Sugar donuts for topping To make it easier to see other recipes, you can see them on the YouTube playlist: / @nominooom ----------------------------------------------------------------------- CREAM-FILLED DOUGHNUT RECIPE Makes about : 15 pieces Ingredients: (*I also wrote the gram-cup conversion with some notes : the spoon that I used is a measuring spoon.
