Evódia Graça shares her exciting journey from underdeveloped Cabo Verde to being distinguished as a Young African Leader by former US President Barack Obama. Along the way, she empowers dozens of women using a program she developed. Evódia Graça is a Women's Leadership Coach, mentor, and professional image strategist, and a guest speaker at Nova School of Business and Economics and StartSe University Brazil, in the Women's Leadership Program. Her mission is to help ambitious women position themselves confidently and assertively in their fields, so they can maximize their executive and digital presence and, in this way, be seen, heard, and recognized as true authorities in their areas. In 2016, she was distinguished as a Young African Leader by then-President Barack Obama through the US State Department's Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders program. In the midst of the pandemic, she created the largest program in the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries to empower women who wish to take on personal and professional leadership roles.
