For dough mix flour and all ingredients knead well and leave for 10 minute. Roll dough add stuffing cut square into the shape of bites. Apply egg wash. Bake in preheat oven at 12 to 14 minute. Before serve apply butter or oil. Baba Ganoush: Ingredients: Brinjal 3-4 Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Tahini paste 3-4 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Salt as required Red chili powder 1 tsp Olive oil 3-4 tbsp Pita bread 2-3 bread METHOD Cook brinjal on tawa or pan from both side till it soft. Remove skin and pulp then chopped. Mix chopped brinjal and all ingredients well. Serve with pita bread. Brownie Shake : Ingredients: Chocolate brownie 2-3 Strawberry ice cream 2-3 scoop Milk 1 cup Ice cubes 5- 6 Chocolate cream (whipped) as required Chocolate ganache as required Chocolate chips as required Method Blend chocolate brownie, ice cream, milk and ice cubes in blender well. Remove in serving glass add whipped cream, chocolate ganache and chocolate chips, serve. Honey & Soya Chicken with Roasted Sesame Rice: Ingredients: Chicken boneless strips 1 cup Garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chili paste 1 tbsp Salt as required Black pepper 1 tsp Red chili crushed 1 tsp Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp Egg 1 Flour as required Bread crumbs as required Oil for frying For Honey & Soya Chicken Oil 2-3 tbsp Onion chopped 1 medium Soya 1 tbsp Honey 2-3 tbsp Chopped garlic 1 tbsp Red chili crushed ½ tsp Chicken powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp Corn flour as required Water as required For Roasted Sesame Rice: Butter 2-3 tbsp Boiled Rice 1 cup Roasted Sesame seeds 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Chicken powder 1 tsp Salt as required White pepper 1 tsp METHOD For sauce heat oil add onion sauté well. Add soya, honey and all ingredients cook till sauce is done. Add corn flour to thicken it. Add chicken strips and all ingredients in mix bowl to marinate it. Coat chicken stirps with flour then dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs keep in fridge for 10 to 15 minute. Heat oil in wok cook chicken on low flame till golden color comes. Remove chicken in serving dish pour sauce and serve with rice. For roasted sesame rice heat butter add garlic sauté well. Add sesame and rice then add all ingredients mix well.
