Relatives and friends of Paul Owor, a former Busiro South Constituency aspirant, were shocked at Entebbe Magistrate’s Court after Chief Magistrate, Stella Maris Amabilis, ordered him to return to Luzira prisons, and extended his bail application until Monday, next week, following debate about the information of the sureties presented by his lawyers. Paul Owor appeared before court seeking bail application to charges of fraud, extortion, sale of same land to more than two people, and impersonation, among other charges against him.
