This is a quick 10-minutes workout, perfect for you if you want to get slim, toned, lean legs! No equipment needed, just your mat and a little energy!! RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Keep your form right!! Keep your shoulders and hips in a straight line. Push yourself away from the mat through your forearm, so that you can engage the side of your waist! Pull your shoulders back and don't arch your back!! 2. If being on your forearm is uncomfortable, lay all the way on your bicep, but still engaging the side of your waist!
