Time to fix hip dips & get a round hourglass hips!♥︎ This workout targets exactly the gluteus medius muscles (side part of our booty). It will help you to get rid of hip dips and shape the sides of your booty to get that hourglass look. I use a heavy booty band in this video, but you can do it with lighter bands or without a band too, of course! If you're ready, press play! ▪️ Intensity: Medium/Intense ▪️ Recommendations: • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so. • Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout.
