Hey guys!!! I'm sharing this recipe, which was meant for last Friday and I didn't get around to sharing it! But here it is! It's super easy and really delicious. Be careful, you can use more coffee if you prefer or like a really strong coffee flavor. Don't overdo it, though, because it can make the cake bitter. You'll need: COFFEE CAKE 200g margarine 300g sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 240g flour 130g milk 2 teaspoons coffee powder 1 pinch of salt For the optional chocolate crunch, you'll need: 40g flour 10g cocoa powder 50g brown sugar 50g margarine Let me know if you make it!
