This exercise unlocked my muscle ups (kipping AND strict)
This is a wonderful movement that I put in client programs ALL. THE. TIME. Not just because it's good for people to develop a faster pull (though it is), but also because the line of pull behind the bar transfers beautifully for multiple movements.
