Cheesy Lentil Crackers: 1 cup dry red lentils (rinse well before soaking) 1/5 cups of water (soak and use to blend afterwards) 2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp cornstarch 2-3 tbsp of Everything But The Bagel seasoning (or whatever seasoning of your choice - optional) Blend everything together Soak lentils overnight and then blend with soaking water and all ingredients. Spread very thin on parchement paper covered pan. Sprinkle seasoning of choice on top BEFORE cooking (add any extra salt at this point too). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins, then remove from oven and score into squares. Bake another 15 mins. Break all the crackers and return to oven for another 8 mins. Sort through crackers and remove the crispy ones and cook any soft ones for another 8 mins. They will harden even more once cooled.
