This is a diamond whetstone that can be easily sharpened in the kitchen. Why not start with a diamond whetstone? I hope that your knives will become sharper than they are now, making cooking at home a little less stressful♪ I put so much enthusiasm into this that it got long lol. I'll upload a more compact version in the future. As a side note, For even more delicate sharpness, try using a 3000-grit whetstone. (It's a bit of a hassle to wet the whetstone.)
