Anger Is Information
Anger gets treated like a personality defect, but it’s often your clearest signal that something important is being threatened. In this episode, I’m inviting you to rethink anger as useful fire: energy and information from the nervous system that says “pay attention.” When we stop shaming the feeling and start listening to it, anger can become clarity, courage, and protection instead of damage we have to clean up later.
