We laid down the foundation for this recipe in Series 2, Episode 10 when we made our meaty lasagna. Today, we’re using this experience to create thin, yet flexible fettuccini noodles in a simple, light pasta sauce mixed with fresh veggies. It’s a Spring and Summer classic: Fettuccine Primavera. The “official” Fettucine Primavera recipe was developed at New York’s famous Le Cirque Restaurant, but it has ascended to royalty among light pasta recipes, beloved for its simplicity and fresh vegetable ingredients.
