Old Linda Vista Traffic Lights Resting On Green (Linda Vista Rd & Baltic St)

I used to live very close to this traffic light for a few years and for the most part, even when traffic is heavy on this road, the traffic light just stays green. It has a pretty easy job because the road to the left of me comes out of a neighborhood and almost no traffic comes from there at all. Also the left turning lanes are barely used too so the 3M left turn light just stays red almost the entire time. The LED red lights in the two standard signals were installed there in 1997 and the yellow lights are incandescent from when these traffic lights were new decades ago. The green lights have been changed a few times because they are always on. The 3M left turn signal has a very old and dim LED red bulb and the yellow and green have very old incandescent bulbs that almost never come on. It does come on in this video while the other signals were resting on green, and you have to look very hard at 3:15 to see the left green arrow come on and then the yellow light after.
