This week was heavy but honest. I had a hysteroscopy, something I’ve been mentally preparing for and I wanted to share the reality of it, the emotions, and the quiet courage it took to show up for myself. I also retied my locs, restocked the house, and bulk cooked five soups because life doesn’t pause, even when your body needs you to slow down. I made pancakes for my husband, prepped a jolly rice mix, and kept trying (and struggling) to rest the way I should. It’s a vlog filled with healing, home, honesty, faith, and finding balance in real time.
