MOVING SERIES 1 | House Hunting in London, We Are Finally Moving to Our Own Space!

We are finally moving to our own space! This week we viewed properties from a list of thirty three, looking for something that met our non-negotiables: good EPC rating and a safe location. Some were above budget, others too small, but we didn't give up. Our first offer was declined due to the moving date, but we found another property and paid the holding deposit. Between house viewings, work, and preparing for exams, this week has been incredibly stressful, and to top it off, we were both unwell at the start of the week.
