This is a bit of a TMI, but I've been so busy preparing for the move that I think I've been showing that in my videos. ㅠㅠ So I ended up deleting the video I shot last week because I wasn't satisfied with it. I decided to film properly after the move! So, after two weeks... I'm here in my new space. ㅎㅎ Today's workout is a full-body Pilates routine for beginners! Rather than feeling like "Ugh! It's too hard!" I'll be gently using all my muscles, sweating profusely, and feeling incredibly refreshed afterward. ^-^!
