Hello! Today, I've prepared some lower body stretches :) These stretches are for those who often experience swelling due to poor circulation in their lower body. If you do them consistently every day, they'll help a lot with swelling! Your legs will feel much lighter afterward. ❤️ +As you'll notice in this video, I've added a side-view camera!
