I've prepared it at an intensity that even beginners can follow, but if you're new to Pilates, it might feel a little difficult at first. But after repeating it just three times, you'll get a feel for it and it'll feel much easier. Never give up and keep at it! And since there's no wrist support or prone movement, even pregnant women can follow along! If your knees hurt, it's because you're not using your adductors and core strength enough, so pay attention to this area.
