Our client in the household cleaning and consumer chemicals sectors needed to depalletize steel aerosol cans into their line. They selected BW Integrated Systems because of our extensive robotic bulk product handling experience. We designed a robotic bulk depalletizing system with a magnetic end-of-arm tool for their application. The system features two robots - one for stacking dunnage and the other for depalletizing aerosol cans. The depalletizing robot offers gentle handling of their containers and provides them with the rate they need to operate their line.
