Dry Jello Salad 1 box (3 ounces) Jell-O (any flavor) 1 can (15.25 ounces) diced peaches, drained 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained 1 jar (10 ounces ) maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half 1 tub (16 ounces) cottage cheese 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip 1 bag (10 ounces) mini marshmallows, use half or the entire bag depending on preference 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes In a large bowl, add all the drained fruit and the dry Jell-O. Stir together. Then add the cottage cheese and the Cool Whip. Mix well. Stir in the marshmallows (a half bag up to the whole bag), almonds, and coconut.
