Pink Crush Salad 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained 1 box (3 ounce) strawberry Jello 1 container (16 ounce) small-curd cottage cheese 8 ounce tub Cool Whip 10 ounce bag mini marshmallows, use about half Mix the crushed pineapple and juice with the dry Jello mix. Stir well to combine. Add the cottage cheese. Fold in the Cool Whip and mini marshmallows. Stir together well. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
