2026 CrossFit Games QuarterFinals – Workout 1 – Shuttles, OHS & Burpees –8:32 (M45-49)

2026 CrossFit Games season, QuarterFinals are here! 4 Workouts, all must be completed between 2pm, Thursday, March 26th & 2pm, Monday, March 30th (US Central time). This was my 3rd QF Workout...did this test about 430pm Saturday afternoon (28th of March, 2026).
